How wedding transport usually works
Three patterns cover most Hertfordshire weddings. Yours may combine two of them, which is fine — we plan the vehicle movements around the schedule rather than the other way round.
Evening shuttle loop
The vehicle runs back and forth between venue and accommodation through the evening, so guests leave when they want rather than all at once.

Why couples book guest transport

Wedding transport questions
How far in advance should we book wedding transport?
As early as you can, particularly for Saturdays between May and September, which book up first. We do take later enquiries and will always check live availability for your date.
Can the coach make more than one run?
Yes. An evening shuttle running back and forth between the venue and guest accommodation is one of our most common wedding bookings, and it lets guests leave at different times.
What size vehicle will we need?
It depends on how many guests need moving and whether you want everyone travelling in one go. Tell us the number and we will recommend the most economical option rather than the largest.
How late can the final run be?
We operate around the clock, so late finishes are not a problem. Confirm the venue's carriage time when you book so the final departure is scheduled against it rather than guessed.
Can we decorate the coach?
Light decoration such as ribbons is usually fine. Please raise anything you have in mind when booking so we can confirm it will not obstruct the driver or damage the vehicle.
Do you cover venues outside Hertfordshire?
Yes. We regularly run wedding transport into Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Berkshire and London, and longer journeys elsewhere in the UK are available on request.
