Hotel to ceremony
A single run collecting guests from one or two hotels and delivering them to the church or ceremony venue in good time for seating.
- Multiple hotel pick-ups
- Timed to the seating deadline
- Driver briefed on the venue approach
Get every guest to the ceremony on time and home again safely. We plan shuttles around your actual timings, from a single minibus to a fleet of coaches running a loop all evening.
Three patterns cover most Hertfordshire weddings. Yours may combine two of them, which is fine — we plan the vehicle movements around the schedule rather than the other way round.

The vehicle runs back and forth between venue and accommodation through the evening, so guests leave when they want rather than all at once.
The coach and driver stay with you for the whole day, covering ceremony, photographs at a second location and the reception transfer.
Most Hertfordshire venues sit outside town with limited parking and no realistic taxi supply late at night. A shuttle solves both problems at once.
Guests can enjoy the day properly, and you are not relying on a handful of designated drivers or a rural taxi firm at midnight.
One vehicle means one arrival time. No stragglers held up by a wrong postcode or a full car park while the ceremony waits.
For sixty guests, a shuttle usually costs less than the taxis those guests would book individually, and it comes out of one budget line.
We work from your running order, including the realistic version where photographs overrun. Timings are built with slack rather than to the minute.
For 16 guests or fewer, a minibus is usually the better fit — lower cost and door-to-door collection from individual addresses.
We run airport transfers from Heathrow, Luton and Stansted, which can be combined with your wedding day booking.
As early as you can, particularly for Saturdays between May and September, which book up first. We do take later enquiries and will always check live availability for your date.
Yes. An evening shuttle running back and forth between the venue and guest accommodation is one of our most common wedding bookings, and it lets guests leave at different times.
It depends on how many guests need moving and whether you want everyone travelling in one go. Tell us the number and we will recommend the most economical option rather than the largest.
We operate around the clock, so late finishes are not a problem. Confirm the venue's carriage time when you book so the final departure is scheduled against it rather than guessed.
Light decoration such as ribbons is usually fine. Please raise anything you have in mind when booking so we can confirm it will not obstruct the driver or damage the vehicle.
Yes. We regularly run wedding transport into Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Berkshire and London, and longer journeys elsewhere in the UK are available on request.
Send us the date, the venues and rough guest numbers, and we'll come back with a fixed price and a suggested timetable.
