Shuttle contracts we run

Most corporate shuttle work across Hertfordshire falls into one of these patterns. If yours doesn't, the planning process is the same.

Daily staff shuttles

A fixed route between a station, a car park or a residential pick-up point and your site, running to the same timetable each working day.

  • Station-to-office runs
  • Shift-change transport
  • Term-time or year-round contracts

Park-and-ride loops

Where on-site parking is the constraint, a continuous loop from an off-site car park frees up spaces without anyone changing how they commute.

  • Continuous or timed loops
  • Peak-hour frequency uplift
  • Overflow car park links

Multi-site campus shuttles

Linking two or more buildings on a fixed circuit, so staff and visitors can move between sites without driving or expensing taxis.

  • Inter-building circuits
  • Visitor and client transfers
  • Multi-employer shared services

What you get on a shuttle contract

A shuttle is not a one-off booking repeated. It is a fixed operational commitment, and it needs to be run like one.

Fixed pricing, one invoice

Your monthly figure is agreed at the start and does not move with fuel prices or traffic. One consolidated invoice, whatever the number of runs.

A named account manager

The same person handles timetable changes, seasonal shutdowns and headcount adjustments, so you are not re-explaining the contract each time.

Cover built in

As a direct operator with our own fleet, a vehicle or driver issue is absorbed within our network rather than becoming your problem at 7am.

Right-sized vehicles

We review actual loadings after the first weeks and adjust vehicle size if the run is consistently light or full, rather than leaving you paying for empty seats.

How a shuttle contract starts

Route and timetable review

You share the site, the headcount and the hours. We plan a route and timetable against real journey times rather than optimistic ones.

Fixed price and trial period

We quote a fixed monthly cost. Most clients start with a short trial period so loadings can be checked before committing to a longer term.

Live service and review

The service runs with named drivers on the route, and we review loadings and timings with you so the contract stays right-sized.

Corporate shuttle questions

How much does a corporate shuttle service cost?

Shuttle contracts are priced on the route, the vehicle size and the number of runs per week rather than per passenger. We agree a fixed monthly figure before the contract starts so the cost is predictable for budgeting.

What is the minimum contract length?

We run shuttles on terms from a few weeks to several years. Most clients begin with a short trial so real loadings can be checked, then move onto a longer agreement once the timetable has settled.

Can the timetable change once the contract has started?

Yes. Timetables are reviewed with your account manager and adjusted for seasonal shutdowns, headcount changes or shift pattern updates. Changes are agreed in advance rather than applied without notice.

What happens if a vehicle breaks down?

As a direct operator we hold our own fleet across several depots, so cover is arranged within our network. You are told what has changed and when the replacement will arrive rather than being left to chase it.

Do your shuttles pay the London ULEZ charge?

No. The fleet is Euro 6 compliant, so shuttle runs from Hertfordshire into the Ultra Low Emission Zone carry no daily charge and nothing is added to your monthly invoice.

Can several employers share one shuttle?

Yes. Shared services across a business park are common and split the cost between the participating employers. We can quote the route once and break the figure down per company.

Price up your staff shuttle

Send us the site, the hours and the headcount, and we'll come back with a fixed monthly contract price.
